ABOUT THE SHOW

Controversy.

Empowerment for the disenfranchised.

Shaw

In a world where women have no legal rights, the mysterious MRS. WARREN has built a global empire.

When her daughter, young Vivie Warren, is emancipated, she is shocked to learn how her mother rose from poverty through the manipulation of a hypocritical society that rewards vice and oppresses virtue.

When "MRS. WARREN'S PROFESSION" premiered in New York in 1905 the entire cast was arrested on opening night.

What will happen when Bedlam Artistic Director Eric Tucker rips open Shaw’s timeless wit in this scandalous comedy?
