ABOUT THE SHOW

2026 Tony Nominee for Best Play!

In Samuel D. Hunter's "LITTLE BEAR RIDGE ROAD" - They’re family. That doesn’t make it easy.

On the outskirts of a small Idaho town, an aunt and nephew who barely know each other find themselves sharing a house after a sudden loss.

She’s blunt, guarded, and set in her routines.

He’s grieving, adrift, and not sure why he came back.

As they sort through a lifetime of things left behind, conversation comes slowly.

Then all at once.

What emerges isn’t resolution but it’s real and it’s what they need.

"LITTLE BEAR RIDGE ROAD" is a spare, quietly funny play about grief, distance, and the uneasy work of letting another person in.
